The Pune Hotel Incident
Checked into a fancy hotel, expecting luxury, but got a nightmare instead. That’s what happened to Dr. Ajayita in Pune.
First, her room was switched without notice - no explanation, no apology. Annoying but manageable.
Then came the real shock. After a spa session, she opened a sealed hotel comb, only to find it used. Yep, someone else’s hair is still on it. If they’re reusing combs, what about toothbrushes? Towels?
She raised the issue with the hotel’s general manager, expecting a solution.
Instead, she got attitude. He was rude and dismissive and even challenged her when she mentioned taking it to social media: “Do what you want!”
Turns out, she’s not the only one.
Other guests shared horror stories—wrong room assignments, unhygienic conditions, even a lizard casually roaming the floor. One person even joked about getting revenge by clogging the A/C vent with fish (please don’t).
And the hotel’s response? The usual PR fluff: “We strive for excellence.”
